We will FIRST work together to release your story, with out any judgement on my part as we all have our own life story, waiting to be heard.

We will discuss your medical history, illness if you have any.

You will bring a list of questions, what ever you would like answered while
you connect with your SC Subconscious we call Higher Self, your Akashic Records, Past lives, whatever is appropriate for healing and more. Sometimes our past lives gives us so much insight as to what could have been holding you back, all this time in this life time.

I will also ask SC for a physical body scan to be done on you as sometimes things not on your medical list, illness list can come out and we can address it.

Your session will be audio recorded on your own phone( bring your fully charged phone and charger) and a voice recording app, already to go for you to listen to over and over in the comfort of your own home for even more healing. and forward growth, removing you out of stuck patterns and stagnation.

Please note, to maintain a serene environment, no guests, pets, or coffee, energy drinks, or stimulants of any kind, 24 hours before your session, are allowed, and the morning of session. lite breakfast please.
